This site describes our TERN setup service for travel advisors, lets you review what each package includes, complete an intake questionnaire, review our service agreement, and pay for a package. It is an informational and intake site. Using it does not by itself create a client relationship or obligate us to provide services.
These Terms cover your use of the website. The actual setup service is governed by our separate Service Agreement, which you review and sign before any work begins. If anything in these Terms appears to conflict with the Service Agreement regarding the service itself, the Service Agreement controls.
This site is intended for travel advisors and businesses. When you submit the intake form, you agree to provide accurate information and confirm you have the authority to provide it on behalf of your business.
Payments made through this site are processed by Stripe. Pricing shown on the site is current as of the version date above and may change. The terms of any purchase — including scope, refunds, and revisions — are set out in the Service Agreement.
The content on this site — text, layout, design, and the structure of our questionnaire and service materials — is owned by Suga-et-Luna LLC. You may view it for the purpose of evaluating and engaging our service. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it for your own commercial use without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes not attempting to interfere with its operation, not submitting false information, and not using it for any unlawful purpose.
This site relies on and may link to third-party platforms, including TERN, Stripe, and our hosting provider. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.
This site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We make no guarantee of any specific business outcome from reading the site or engaging our service; results depend on your own sales and advisory activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, where Suga-et-Luna LLC is organized. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Louisiana.
