Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Suga-et-Luna LLC · DBA Route Ready Agency · Version 1.2 · July 2026

This policy explains what information Route Ready Agency collects when you use routeready.agency, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Route Ready Agency is an operating brand of Suga-et-Luna LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company. In this policy, "we," "us," and "Route Ready" refer to Suga-et-Luna LLC operating as Route Ready Agency.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly when you complete the intake questionnaire on this site or contact us by email. That includes:

Most of this is business information. Where it includes personal contact details, we treat it with the same care described below. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or payment card details through this site.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store payment card information on this website. When you pay for a package, you are taken to a checkout page hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are entered there and handled by Stripe — they never pass through routeready.agency.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not load advertising trackers on this site without your consent. We do use limited advertising-measurement tools — the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag — but only after you accept them through the cookie banner, and you can decline. See Section 3, Cookies and Advertising Technologies, for the details.

3. Cookies and Advertising Technologies

With your consent, this site uses cookies and similar technologies to measure how our advertising performs and to understand how visitors arrive at and use the site. The first time you visit, a banner lets you accept or decline these technologies. If you decline, the tools below are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which brings the banner back.

When you accept, we use:

When enabled, these tools may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view here, and actions you take on this site, including submitting the intake form. That information is shared with Meta and LinkedIn, who process it under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details through these tools, and we do not use them to make decisions about you beyond advertising measurement and audience matching.

You can also control ad tracking directly with each provider — through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings for Meta, and your account ad preferences for LinkedIn — and most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

4. How Your Information Is Stored and Processed

This website is hosted by Netlify. When you submit the intake form, your responses are captured and stored within our Netlify account, recorded in our client management system hosted by Notion, and sent to us by email through Resend, our transactional email provider. Netlify, Notion, and Resend act as service providers that process and store this information on our behalf. Your information is retained in these systems until we delete it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you complete a payment, Stripe handles the transaction and your card data under its own privacy and security terms.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to delivering or communicating about our service.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to operate our business:

Separately, when you engage us for a setup, you grant us temporary access to your own TERN account. That access is governed by our Service Agreement, not this policy. We do not export, store, or share your clients' personal data from your TERN account beyond what is necessary to complete the agreed build.

7. Data Retention

We keep intake submissions and engagement records for as long as needed to deliver the service and for our ordinary business and recordkeeping purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any records we are required to keep.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email candie@routeready.agency. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you would rather not submit information through the form, you can contact us directly by email instead.

9. Security

This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We rely on reputable providers — Netlify and Stripe — to store and process information securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This site and our service are intended for travel advisors and businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the version date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to candie@routeready.agency. Route Ready Agency is operated by Suga-et-Luna LLC, organized in the State of Louisiana.
